Siebenwurst not only provides their customers with highly complex tools and moulds, but also assists throughout the entire process of product creation – from the development and prototypes to series production as well as extensive service and support possibilities: Support from a single source – throughout the service life of the tool.

Design & Model Making

We make ideas and design tangible

Even in times of 3D simulations, the realistic model and the near-series prototype still retain their decision-making authority. In our model making department, specialists realise their visions with great technical understanding and a feel for shapes and proportions.

With our high-tech capabilities in mechanical production, we are able to quickly and cost-effectively produce models of any kind including 1:1 complete models for the automotive industry.

  • Proportional models in scale 1:10 and 1:4 made of foam and clay as well as hard models

Product development

Well thought-out from the very beginning

As much perfection as possible – As few costs as possible: Thanks to the well thought-out, advance project planning for a tool, we are able to make optimum use of our highly specialised tooling machines. This saves you time and money. Most importantly, this path leads to precise implementation of your requirements.

Using the latest CAD and simulation technologies, our complex component specialists develop reliable, maintenance-friendly moulds with minimum cycle times.

By acquiring a majority stake in SOLID Solutions in Design GmbH in 2016, Siebenwurst made a significant investment in the further development of this business area. Solid specialises in the development of exterior and interior modules for the automotive industry.

Prototyping & procurement

Global procurement on three continents

We help you to create suitable prototypes and can also call upon a global supplier network for the procurement of components that we do not manufacture ourselves. Moreover, we can control these suppliers from our nine locations on three continents.

Mould Production & Tool Making

Expertise when it comes to processes and procedures

As a long-standing partner of the automotive industry, we know about the complexity of cost-efficient moulds and tools. At Siebenwurst, we can realise moulds in a short space of time: from the transfer of CAD product data, consultation during optimisation of component geometry and the 3D CAD tool construction to production at state-of-the-art production plants. The samples are taken in our own technology centre

Small batch production

Production in our own technology centre

With this service, we support your company from the prototype phase through to series production. With the ever increasing demand for individual small series, which – often of little interest to series manufacturers – can be reproduced internally by us, components and small series are produced in series materials that can serve as prototypes or be used for sampling, e.g. in the course of research projects.

Our services:

  • Pilot to small series production on three in-house injection moulding machines (1,100 t, 1,800 t and 4,000 t clamping force)
  • Continuous project and quality management

Project Support & Process Optimisation

Complete support for a fast and secure process

Through our team of roughly 50 project managers operating worldwide, we guide each of your projects towards the goal you have defined giving due consideration to your specifications.

Even if the tool has been delivered, we do not leave you alone. Instead, we support you with our process specialists to ensure a quick and secure process.

Tool Doctors & Services

Global support for every situation

Siebenwurst established a unique service and support model on the market in 2005 with the TOOL DOCTORS. This service and support model addressed the complete tool life cycle: The tool specialists offer direct on-site support and assistance around the clock and worldwide - for our own tools and for third-party tools.

During production:
