Die-casting

With die-casting, the liquid melt of a non-ferrous metal alloy, such as aluminium or magnesium alloy, is pressed into a mould quickly and under high pressure. This procedure enables the production of very rigid and stable workpieces that can work under load even at higher temperatures. The components can be designed with very small wall thicknesses and have very low manufacturing tolerances.

Siebenwurst produces die-casting moulds for 3D moulded parts for structural components, engine and gearbox parts — including solutions for special processes for the manufacture of large-scale parts. The company accompanies industrial partners from the development stage through to series production. Product-specific standardisation helps to produce the highest quality while keeping costs low.
